  Great service was provided by king and queen limo as soon as we stepped out from newark international airport. Elegant stretch limo with refreshments inside ice cold champagne and glasses. We arrived to the hotel in style 👍next day we had a NYC limousine tour with them. It was great experience we was able to see so much of this beautiful city.

  We used king and queen limousine Service several times and each time surprised us how organized and professional service they are providing. This September we ordered jfk limo transportation for big group and after service for 3 days we was using them chauffeur services for driving us around from one to another place. We are very thankful to make out trip to New your so easy and comfortable. I will Recommend To use king and queen limousine services. Especially if you are planning businesses trip to NYC with group ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I have used a lot of other limo companies but King and Queen surpasses them all. From the ease of the quote from Sophia to the actual booking it was so easy. We booked a round trip pick up and drop off to and from JFK for 12 people. The Mercedes limo was new, clean and comfortable. Our driver was also amazing, please take my word for it I travel all the time and King and Queen limo is the best!

  What an absolute nightmare. Had a party of 11 scheduled for a 0430 am pickup (which I had to pay extra for) to go to JFK. The minutes ticked by and no driver showed up. Of course when I called the company no one was available at that time of day. Had to load up 3 cars and pay approximately $1300 total for long term parking. This nightmare caused us to miss our flight. During an already stressful travel period, this was extremely unfortunate. The booking process was bizarre as well. The early morning $50 surcharge was snuck in at the end despite me having a earlier quote which clearly indicated a 0430 pick up. I decided not to fight it as I would’ve gladly paid for reliable service. I received about 15 different emails asking to confirm billing zip codes, tines etc… The explanation I received for their error that completely ruined a family vacation was “there was something wrong with the dispatch screen” huh? Please if you value your time and money and want the car you paid for to actually pick you up…go with another company.

  travel, frequent long distance trips are a huge part of my job. i am a management consultant, and want to feel comfortable and relaxed while riding around in nyc. weather its riding to the airport, or from, or riding through manhattan. Bottom line is, this is an amazing limo company, and if your looking for clean, comfort, luxurious way to travel this is the way to go !

  So I landed in jfk on the 1st of March and amid all this corona virus chaos, I felt really safe. This was because of the driver, who got out greeted me with a great attitude, wearing gloves and a face mask. He opened the door for me and placed my luggage in the trunk. The back seat smelled good was set to the perfect temp, and their was tissue and hand sanitizer for customer use! The ride was smooth, had some good conversation, he was very nice, and understood when to let the customer have some privacy. Overall great experience, next time I am in the big Apple, Ik who to call !!!

  We arrived to jfk airport! !something went wrong and flight was delayed for more than one hour. But all went right when we saw the driver was holding greeting sign with our names on it 🎉🙏. George helped us with luggage placed them into the trunk and drove us very smoothly. Limo was great music and champagne changed our mood from negative to 100% positive. Thank you Sophia and king and queen limo team for great time!!!!! Strongly recommend to all
